Vice Gov. CA Jojo Perez mourns deaths of 3 children who drowned in Calapan

Oriental Mindoro Vice Gov. CA Jojo Perez visited the wake of the three children who drowned in the coastal area in Calapan and extended his condolences to their families.

The three children are Gianna Natalia Umali, Princess Mara Umali, and Precious Sienna Lapuz.

Perez said he prays that the Lord give the families strength, comfort, and hope as they face this difficult ordeal.

He also said he stands in solidarity with them during their time of mourning.

“Taos-pusong pakikiramay sa naiwang pamilya at mga mahal sa buhay ng mga pumanaw na sila Gianna Natalia Macapia Umali, Princess Mara L. Umali at Precious Sienna L. Lapuz

Nakikiramay po tayo sa kanilang dalamhati at nakikiisa sa panalangin na nawa’y bigyan sila ng Diyos ng lakas, kapanatagan, at pag-asa sa gitna ng mabigat na pagsubok na kanilang pinagdaraanan.

Sa pagdalaw at pakikiramay ni Vice Governor sa pamilya ng mga batang nasawi matapos malunod sa coastal area ng Sitio Proper, Brgy. Navotas, Calapan City, nawa’y magsilbi itong munting pagpapakita ng malasakit at pakikiisa sa pamilya sa oras ng kanilang pagluluksa.

Sumalangit nawa ang kanilang kaluluwa,” Perez’s Facebook page posted.
